My mom (who passed on two and a half years ago) just called me.
Literally called my phone during @gabbybernstein’s manifestation challenge meditation this morning.
The meditation was about surrender to receive.
I said Gabby’s prayer (below) before the meditation, and it all began to unfold from there.
Half way through the meditation, the feeling of wanting to be hugged by a loved one comes up for me.
Just at that moment, I get a call from a 609 number in Princeton, NJ.
609 is a personal number my sister and I have cultivated as signs of communication with my mom on the Other Side.
I answer, and no one says anything.
The line hangs up after 9 seconds.
I was think to myself, that’s weird, and go back to the meditation.
I click play on the audio, and immediately my mom comes through. She says, “that was me who just called you, I’m sending you love and hugs, and I’m so proud of you.”
I feel emotional recapping the entire instance here.
It was one of the wildest, deepest, emotional, and most profound signs I’ve ever received. I began sobbing.
A few minutes after, I receive a notification on my phone (below) – a confirmation of the event that just happened.
The takeaway is that we can easily get annoyed by random things that come up in our lives, seemingly disrupting what we think is supposed to happen.
I could’ve easily thought, “wtf someone just messed up my meditation,” when in reality I was actually being sent the most blessed sign I was meant to receive.
If you allow yourself to surrender, slow down, listen deeper, and release into love instead of holding onto preconceived egoic notions of what we think “should” be happening, you will realize that everything here and everything around you is happening FOR you.
Maybe you got fired from your job, broke up with your partner, family member passed on, or any number of external life situations outside your control happens.
You are being gifted an opportunity by the Universe in every aspect.
Begin viewing it all through the lens of gratitude, and then you will see, life is unfolding for your highest good and wisdom.
Life is flowing through you.
