Sometimes you just need a total reset to make time for yourself and experience in-depth personal and spiritual growth.
This retreat is a one-of-a-kind, custom-created experience I design just for you, from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon of your chosen weekend.

Choose a preferred destination in the world or even close by to your hometown.
A different environment is crucial in order take you out of your usual day-to-day life to experience the greatest growth in a unique and unforgettable way.
We will discuss where you ideally want to go and how it aligns with your intentions. For example, a fear dissolution and adventure excursion may take place in the Swiss Alps, surrounded by Icelandic glaciers, or in the jungles of Costa Rica. On the other hand, a plant medicine ceremony or full-body reset may take place in the Maldives or Caribbean.
Flights/travel costs are included up to $1,000.
I will create a planned itinerary and bespoke retreat experience for you.
We will have a one-hour pre-retreat session together to dive further into your intention, the plan for our weekend together, and to answer any questions you have.
From there, I may give you some pre-work to do as preparation for your retreat.
Next, you just show up for the retreat and we dive right into the unforgettable and transformative experience together.
Integration is one of the most important aspects of our work together.
A couple weeks after the retreat, we will have a one-hour integration coaching session.
Additional sessions are available upon request.
Massages and body work, 1×1 plant medicine ceremonies, breathwork sessions, meditation, energy healing, coaching, local restaurants & experiences (i.e. cave diving, ziplining, dune riding, boat tours, volcano hikes, hot air balloon rides, thermal pools, snorkeling, etc)
